These terms govern use of the TeamReady ChatGPT plugin. By using it, you agree to use the service lawfully and for legitimate sports scheduling.
The plugin generates, revises, validates, and exports draft youth sports game schedules. It is anonymous and does not access or save TeamReady account data. Scheduling output is informational; the responsible coach, league manager, or tournament director must review and approve it before use.
Provide accurate constraints, verify the final schedule, and confirm compliance with league rules, facility availability, safeguarding requirements, and applicable law. Do not submit Player names, contact details, credentials, medical information, or other sensitive data.
Do not probe or disrupt the service, bypass limits, automate abusive traffic, submit unlawful content, misrepresent generated output as an official booking, or attempt unauthorized access.
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every set of constraints has a feasible solution. We may update or discontinue features and may limit abusive use.
The plugin does not create bookings, send messages, charge fees, or perform purchases. It does not create, update, or delete TeamReady account records.
