The TeamReady ChatGPT plugin is an anonymous scheduling tool. It does not connect to TeamReady accounts or intentionally store schedule inputs or generated schedules.
To produce a schedule, the plugin processes only the scheduling details supplied in the tool request: sport, team labels or team count, court labels or court count, dates, time windows, timezone, game duration, transition and rest rules, requested game totals, and matchup preferences. Generated schedules contain those same categories of information.
Do not provide Player names, contact information, account credentials, medical information, or other personal or sensitive data. The plugin does not need them.
Inputs are used only to generate, revise, validate, or export the schedule requested in the current conversation. The service does not use inputs for advertising, profiling, account creation, or model training by TeamReady.
TeamReady does not write schedule inputs or outputs to a database or deliberately include request payloads in application logs. Requests are processed in memory and discarded after the response. The service is hosted by Vercel, which retains limited function request and execution metadata in runtime logs for the account's current Pro-plan retention window of up to one day. Error logs record an error message, not the request payload. We do not operate a log drain for this plugin.
OpenAI transmits tool arguments to the plugin when a user invokes it. Vercel processes the request to host and deliver the plugin. TeamReady does not sell or share plugin inputs with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Because the plugin does not persist schedules or create accounts, there is normally no stored schedule record to access, correct, or delete. Users can remove the plugin from ChatGPT and can avoid including identifying information in team labels. Privacy questions may be sent to support@teamreadyapp.com.
The service uses HTTPS, input limits, schema validation, and restricted operational access. We may update this policy if the plugin's data practices change; the effective date above will be revised.
